Currently, 554 Jones Street only offers ground shipping within the USA. Orders ship within 48hrs of being placed and transit time varies from 1-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is made. For special requests, please contact us directly
Returns
As a small brand and due to the fragile nature of our product, currently all sales are final. If your 554 Butter Bell is damaged upon arrival, please let us know directly and we will issue a replacement ASAP. Requests must be made within 7 days of of confirmed delivery and should be sent to us with an accompanying photograph.
