As a small brand and due to our product's fragile nature, all sales are currently final. If your 554 Butter Bell is damaged upon arrival, please let us know directly and we will issue a replacement ASAP. Requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery and should be sent to us with an accompanying photograph.
